Its not always based on the track, but with the company that you book through.
I did a TD and castle combe whilst on restriction. Try booking there. Cant remember the name of the company I booked with though.

And Tommy, I asked that question and was told that it didnt matter whether the bike was full power or not, it was down to what it said on my license.
