I believe you just hold down SELect and ADJust together until the clock flashes and then use ADJ to increase the time and SEL to move it. (Having searched around as I need to change mine).

Mine has been about an hour and 15 mins out for a couple of weeks now ever since I disconnected the battery it seems during some fault finding. Most annoying.
