LOL I am sore, I posted that this morning.
My thumb is the worst as it dislocates easily due to a kayaking injury.... it was really ripped out of the socket by getting caught on the hoods... for most people this would be a sprain but for me it really smarts.... currently unable to grip anything tightly. Am I a big girl?
Dave is out of hospital and should be healed in 12 weeks, back cycling in 6 if he wants to... he had confidence issue anyway, this may be the end for him. Shame he just bought a new Ribble! My brother is off to see him on Wednesday so I'll get the full story then.
