Hi Kat & members. Just wondering if there is water in the wiring loom & into the plug connectors, everything could be earthing, check each connector, get the WD40 out. The brakes & things can wait. Getting it running is the first job, a new battery would be a good idea,the petrol should be drained & the new stuff primed to the carbs ( it is a curvy)?
