was he still a driving instructor or retired? dont they get their licence's revoked if they get driving offences?

either way i would have battered him for that, happily of had a criminal record for it.

i had the same thing done to me just before AR09 except they undertook me on a single carriage way, loads of damage done to his car door from my barend and none done to me as it had gravel rash anyway. He wouldn't get out of his car, only spoke to me through a crack in the window. I went to the cop shop and reported it only because he said he was going to report me and i wanted to get in first. 4 months later and despite him refusing to stop and me having 3 witnesses backing up what i said happened and him having none the police decided to do nothing because i kicked his door in whilst he was forcing me off the road and i could be prosecuted for that. Was also cautioned as according to him i threatened him at the lights, again no witnesses to this.

got the impression it was thrown out as i was a yoof on a motorbike, protect the guilty!
