Both the tyres you listed are the latest versions, both are reported to be fantastic in all conditions but don't dismiss the older roadsmarts or pilot road 2's, they are also both really good tyres that grip in all conditions and you should be able to get a bargain on either.
How do you ride?
The roadsmarts are reported to be more sporty (tip in a bit faster) than the Pilots.
