Better that you didn't. Clearly she was angry and dealing with emotional bombs like that can have very bad side effects. Road rage gets the better of us very quickly.

Keeping this video in mind, I acted as calmly as I could. Never let the rage take over, no matter what (there's a good chance that this is a rule of Sun Tzu).
