After a year of no bike I decided to get another SV but it's pointy rather than having those sweet curves. Anyway the bike has no MOT and is sorn.

I have done some digging and have found that I CAN ride the bike but only if I'm insured to do so (obviously) and I am taking the bike directly to a pre booked MOT.

That's fine but the only time I can collect the bike is a Sunday. So I would be riding it home, leaving it in a garage over night and going for a pre booked MOT on the Monday. Is that still legal?
