The 16K service can be eye watering expensive if you go to a Honda dealer, from what I remember that's the Cam Chain Tensioner replacement. About 4 years ago it was £400 + bits, so I went to a guy who fixes bikes - £150 all in.
If its been well cared for, ie serviced, shouldn't be any problems with a 20K bike, it is a Honda.
