The link's just for reference to the article, which isn't related to speeding tickets at all. I've read the Eurotour section in prep for a trip and one "tip" was that this is a myth, a claim which was repeated several times in that thread to the point where I would have gone believing it was true.
So to hear from recent experience that it wasn't is useful to me (even though I doubt my SV could go that fast between the Peages anyway
