First thing with tyres is that tyre pressures largely affect how the tyre wears. Double check tyre pressures and ask if Bridgestone specify different pressures from stock.

Secondly I'd say it's likely to be suspension setup. Either the front is too stiff or the rear is too soft.

Hope this helps... It seems to have sorted out my problems (albeit most of the problem was having BT-016). I've changed to Dunlop D209 Qualifiers and the grip is fenomenal!! 40 miles and I had 2mm chicken strips. The front tyre is a lot slower to turn in than the Bridgestone but you get far more cornering stability. Something to bear in mind next time
