naked version is more comfortable by a mile - higher bars, and footpegs are more underneath you than behind, so the weight isn't on your wrists. also, you sit more upright, so your visibility is much better, too. i believe there's a comfort kit available for the s to make it slightly better, but personally i think you'd be better off with a naked. yes, there's wind-blast, but i look at that as me being more likely to keep my licence
to give you a hint, have a look on here to see how many people convert from faired to naked and then see if you can find any going the other way.
