If it just went over it should be fine.
The check is the tip over switch kicking in...generally kills the engine if the bikes on its side and just needs turning off and on again.

For the bar end, loosen it, take it off check out the bolt and rubber then put it back in nice and tight and it should be solid...the knock will likely have just worked it a little lose.

We've all dropped a bike at a stand still so dont beat yourself up just get on it and ride it again.
