I see a repeat of California coming.
These states will set up their 'stores', sell some pot for a week or two and then the Federal Government (the feds) will come in and arrest all the major players for breaking or conspiring to break federal laws. End of.

Oddly enough, simple possession of up to 1.25 oz has been legal in Alaska for years!
