So there are no rules/regs on what the frame is like, meaning you are free to change it about and such? Im just wondering how they know the frame is going to be suitable in its modified state? Not suggesting it wouldnt be, and by the looks of it yours is going to be alot better than original, but how does the mot tester know the strength on your welds etc?
