With the short MOT I would imagine around the grand mark, although it is a sellers market at the moment now that the summer is here. As you say though, curvy prices do seem to vary dramatically.

I would definitely try and sort the brakes before sale if you can as no one wants to but a bike with dodgy ones.

Maybe take the Givi rack off and sell seperately too.
