If it's cranking but not starting you probably want to check:
Connection from the pickup to the ECU, ECU to coils. That'd be where I'd start.
You have main power, and it's affecting both cylinders from the description so it's got to be fairly fundamental. All the safety cut outs should stop the starter spinning.
