Used the Oxford one on my CBF, was ****, used the Halfords one, much better, it's been okay in the wet (so you can use riding it the rain as long as you don't soak it), but I don't think it is waterproof so mine was velcroed on (superglued the velcro to the bike and clock), it's REALLY easy to use and read and you can use the backlight with numb hands in the thickest winter gloves you can find.
