Yep, some may have seen the thread below in our regional section, but I thought I would share it in IB as well as I know a few of you come our way from time to time.
That's right, _Stretchie_ and I have a hot food stall at the Melksham Food Festival and we'll be serving some of our smoked BBQ. On the menu will be Pulled Pork Buns, smoked for over 15 hours (usually 17-1
and our BBQ ribs which will be available through the day as they come off the smoker.
We'll also have a couple of sides...Mac 'n' Cheese and Bonfire Beans so if you're in the area or know anyone who might be...get on over to say hello and have a taste
It's very scary, but also extremely exciting for us
