So reading that PDF I see:
"Every member state of the European Union has an equivalent of the MOT test, and the new standards apply to everyone. The legislation applies to trucks, buses, cars and light goods vehicles, but not to motorcycles."

Does that mean my new 2013 bike will pass an mot in 3 years if I put aftermarkets without cats in etc? I'm confused...
