I've just got my first one after passing my test last month. if they want to sell the bike then I cant see why they wont let you test ride, look elsewhere if I was you, I picked mine up for a very good price I think need a bit of TLC but I have all winter to sort it.
You will find a mint one for 2k if you keep looking.
