Disposable or reusable?

I've a set of those 20 quid pass through plugs you find at bike shops, the ones that let through the audible range. They're ok.

I most often use a set from a large bag of earplugs though, I've lost the packaging to it. Earplugs are designed to withhold a certain level of volume ( dB ), I think your best bet is trying Amazon or eBay for a large bag. Comfort is going to vary based on ear shape and size, so it's try a few and find what fits best.

I've actually read there's a site that sells a collection of earplugs, like 20 different kinds, and they offer one bag which has one of each kind of ear plug they sell. It might be worth looking for that.
