I think there is a mail system for most of the salvage yards in the UK + maybe Ireland, you fill in a online form, and the request goes out to many of the salvage yards, saves you time finding every single one of them.
Salvage yards over the pond comes on par for me, since it needs to go in the post anyway and normally the amount is well below what the Norwegian State backed Robbers(customs) will add VAT on.
