I have a "big" birthday on the horizon. My wife said she would buy me a bike. Went off to Shipley to look at bikes, fancied a Honda CRF250SM. Sat on a L version and my feet are miles off the floor
When I was a lad trail bikes had a reasonably low seat height. The Honda MSX maybe a possibility but just like 70's bikes you have to fit a decent set of tyres. (What happened to progress?)
