Yeah Im fine really, arms and legs a bit achey today but nothing permanent.

I am fully comp - i did say when I called my insurance that my local bike shop were recovering it for me & they could repair it for me but in order to get the loan bike etc, it had to go with their recommened company called 'Plantec' which I struggle to find any positive reviews about ha ha

I'll make it clear then that I want to buy the bike back, if econaomical to do so & I'll fix it myself or strip it, buy another one & fit my good parts.
