Default Slow Rev Limiter Bounce on K6

UPDATE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7n-4...ature=youtu.be If played at 0.25 speed, the rev limiter kicks in at 11k, then revs drop slightly, then it revs straight up to over 12k. Something is up with my limiter but dont know what??

When the throttle is held open to redline, it bounces really slowly off the limiter compared to videos i've seen

Doesn't particularly feel like i'm down on power, 0-60 still good and will go up to 133mph+ indicated. Is it normal to be this slow?

Video of the bike bouncing off the limiter on full throttle:

Bike is 2006 SV650S, about 18k miles, within last 2k changed air filter, spark plugs, oil, oil filter and did TPS adjustment, clutch adjustment at sprocket end along with pushrod adjustment
