Nearly all of the Nettars had Novar lenses, though admittedly they were often F4.5 or slower. My Mess Ikonta has an f3.5 Novar and there's nothing wrong with the pictures, even wide open. The Tessar is better but most of the time you're splitting hairs really; this is fairly well-documented. Also the Nettars often had cheaper shutters so a more limited range of speeds and not such a high top speed. I had one and the struts etc. seemed less solid than the Ikonta but the back end is just to hold the film after all. You Certo is much the same i.e. scale focus folder, be interested to know what shutter and lens it has, they were all quite well-equipped I think, also its age. TBH I only bought the Nettar for its case, so sold it on a while ago for the space.
