The yokes seem to be ok, the right fork went in both bottom and top yokes perfectly easy. The left one needed a fair push in order to put it throught the top yoke, it was off by 2-3mm.

What I have not done yet is I haven't checked the bottom yoke, bearings etc, I haven't slackened the main yoke assembly bolt/top nut.
