Correct. 2 piece must zip all the way round. I've seen people with 2 piece suits be made to raise their arms in the pits so that the stewards can make sure there are no gaps in the leather..
Should get a good deal on a set of leathers at this time of year - probably worth getting decent ones as you might find yourself doing many more track days. They are addictive!
