How remiss of my sire.Of course a few drops of ACF50 anti-corrosion treatment on the pins and into the sockets before reassembly would be pertinent.
As would a little on the wires where they enter the socket where corrosion can cause breaks.
Thus staving off the effects of corrosion for at least a couple of years when the unit/s should be checked again for defects
