The point I made was that this is not true. If an individual doesn't have a job and has no way of supporting themselves, (or health insurance) the host nation can expel them so they are not a burden. The host can also expel for threats to the state, public policy or public health.
Europe cant be blamed giving these rights to member nations, or failing to use them.
