Glad we have a hot water storage tank  that runs at 45psi so that you can run a mixer shower without a pump and if boiler doesn't light up you can heat water with immersion heater. |
Yes, that's what we had in our old house. We've had this combi boiler for about 19years, and touch wood its been fine. We had the igniitor circuit board replaced, after a couple of years, but apart from its regular annual service its been fine
