Yeah, not very original or exciting I know, but it's been quiet recently and this one's easy and hopefully will encourage a few more entries this month.
It can be ingredient, finished item, something weird, a winter warmer just out of the oven or something on a plate in the local pub. Any instagramming foodies can post.
