It's on CPU graphics these days, unless you go for a CPU specifically without graphics on die.
In regard to the current issues - TSMC has a maximum output with fabrication time allotted years ahead to thier customers with a huge backlog of requests which is hitting AMD and nVidia's productions, Intel has it's own fab plants but has other manufacturing issues.
There are new fab plants coming online over the next couple of years from most of the chip producers but everything these days contains ever increasing volumes of 'Chips' - Smart TV, Mobiles, Cars, 'that' social media device that turns your lights on and off (and those lights), fridges, washing machines etc etc etc
Internet pundits of one type or another are pretty much looking at late 2022 before things get any better at all.
