Out early this morning to go to
Ironbridge for a recce of the route from there to Little Wenlock. 4¼ mile run with Mabel, and Sam from Shropshire Canicross with her rescue greyhound, Fonzie.
Quite a tough route with a section of seriously steep steps.
Raining but actually not too cold.
Good to be getting back into the running again.
