What discs are you buying? After I first did my GSXR conversion I had that problem, two things happened at once - the tokico four pots were seizing in no time and the Armstrong discs I was buying were warping. When I next swapped the disc I think I went for an EBC (or I may have even stuck with a warranty Armstrong can't quite recall) I also researched for Nissin brand four pot calipers and bought those. One of those two things, or both fixed it. I also remember ****ing around with the spindle and fork alignment alot and checking the magnets but think that was just unfounded worry.
I know people swear by Tokico, but my findings were that they were wank - I had had two sets before the Nissin.
I think it was an impromptu/unintended endo over the crest of a hill on a GM ride that made me overhaul
