i was giving a guy a bollocking for speeding next to the runway, and this chap (who shall stay nameless :P) drove passt me in his Vauxhall Vectra chatting on his mobile. I waved for him to put it down but he just blanked me
, so i finshed my bollocking and blue lighted it after the Vectra driver. He was still on the phone
(this is a real pet hate of mine) he looked at me all sheepish and said oops, oops i said is that all you can say your driving past a police officer whilst on the phone and driving and OOOPS. Ohh i saw you wave so i put the phone down, so asked him why he was still on the phone when i caught up with him, "ermmmm id just picked it up off hte seat when you arrived
. A ticket and a ban from driving on base followed.
