I have the XR1000 with pinlock and it was fantastic all winter. You can get a tinted pinlock for summer, probably not as pretty as the fog city. Personnaly I just use another visor. Its a nice lid. As Rictuds says the Roofs seem to be the lid of choice, but Id stick my neck out and say if an XR1000 fits a Roof wont.....maybe. It didnt for me anyhow. You will find fit determines your choice tho unless you are very average
However pinlock can be fitted to most visors I think as a tiny drill
comes in the pack.
