Has anyone used these leather gloves before??

Its just that after an hour in the rain the one of the fingers feels moist.
This is better that normal leather but I assumed that Goretex is generally 100% waterproof.
Or is Goretex not as good as waterpoof fabrics.?? Whats your experience?
