See here for a pretty in-depth guide on how to fit them to a K3! Be warned, it's not as easy as the box makes out!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the glue issue... With the grips turned on it'll dry the glue out quicker.. And any way, it's superglue (if you have the right grips, it is at least!!) which is pretty much dry as hard as it'll get in about 5 minutes!!

Also be very wary about where you position the control box... You have to be 110% certain it will not interfere with the steering and that it will not chaff on the headstock, etc.
The sticky pad that comes with it is also not exactly very strong so you will probably have to use some superglue on that too!!
Another thing to think about is how simple it will (or won't) be to operate while riding!
