Between the Kwakka and the Honda, for me it'd pretty much be down to the engine. Do you want to go for an IL or stick with a V?
Are you thinking of changing because you want to put more miles on with a bit of touring - in which case comfort is a biggy. Test ride both on the road - then take a pillion slowly round a car park. Gives you a fair idea of what it could be like one up but fully loaded.
Personally I'd go for the VFR. But that's mainly for the reason that if I was do a bit of long-distance riding I'd prefer the flexibility and braking of a V engine - less work, and your brake pads last longer!
