I used to ride in my cordura gear over my work clothes, but I was wearing the Belstaff cordura trousers when I broke my hip while walking

You could say I've lost confidence in anything that lacks hip armour. So now I wear my leathers. Better cordura gear would probably be fine though, I'm looking for a reasonably priced pair of trousers with hip armour pockets.
