It's possible, but by no means certain, the problem is that even in a high gear the clutch still has a significant mechanical advantage over the rear wheel. When reassembling it will be a problem holding the clutch centre sufficiently still in order to get the correct torque settting.
You could certainly give it a go, but be prepared to fail, and whatever you do don't even consider sticking something in the rear wheel to stop it turning, Ducati wheels are very soft alloy, it'll be damaged for sure.

PS Sorry but not being SV related it has to move, no exceptions etc etc.
