Fatal crash on the anti-clockwise section of the M25 last night
I got caught up on the clockwise section as police were by that stage turning traffic around through a gap in the central reservation to head west, and had shut the outside 2 lanes
Took me about half an hour to crawl past in the queue - mind you I wouldn't have wanted to be coming the other way - at least 4 miles of solid traffic. Absolute chaos at the next junction with people queing for about 2 miles on my side just to leave the motorway.
And then a bit further on, an old bat in the outside lane doing 30 - and I'm not exagerating
Wouldn't be at all surprised if she caused another accident as obviously by this stage people had put their foot down so to speak and were motoring
