Yes, it'll fit fine. You'll need to:

1) Modify the frame, as the TLR arm is wider than the SV, or you could cut the swingarm in half crossways, narrow it a bit and weld it back together, don't forget to cut down the bearing spacers. On the plus side, IIRC, the spindles are the same diameter so you can probably re-use the bearings. Result!

2) The TLR linkage lugs are the top of the 'arm you'll need to fabricate and weld some new ones on underneath.
