I would suggest that you uninstall the software and reload. Even downlaoding the latest version from the ericsson website. Once done, then try uploading the new firmware to the phone, once all this is done, then it should all be hunky dory. I just got my 750i back as the keypad stopped working!

Yep using the cable. Done all of the above. The phone is going to be repaired tomorrow as the joystick has stopped working. Its a bit of a pain because the service I've received from O2 recently has been crap to say the least.
