Tyre pressures are a personal thing. Recommended pressures for the SV (in general) are 33 front 36 rear as Viney states. However people tend to alter the pressures dependent on how they ride.
The pressures will also depend on how your suspension is set up. Those that prefer a more "comfortable ride" will probably want pressures close to standard or less. Those that are more of a "hard rider" will want more pressure to allow "exact feel of the road".
Personally I ride with "standard" pressures in my tyres, with "stiff" suspension settings. 15 weight oil and Hagon springs in the front and the rear has a gixxer 750 shock fitted all wound up to max.
I have tried different pressures, but have found that "standard" feels best. Anything more than a couple of PSI either way just doesn't "feel" right.
Like I said, it's a personal thing. Something that can be experimented with until you find what suits you best.
