I thought that BT020's were OK to. For the first few thousand miles they were OK but for the last 1000 miles the rear was horrible to ride on it squared off really quickly and the grip levels went down hill fast as well.
I had 3 set's of 020's before I thought I would try something different. I had a set of Metzler Z6's and from my point of view I think they are a superior tyre to the 02. They heat up faster than the 020 and they dont square off as nastily towards the end of their life. I also think the Z6's are better on the edge when you are lent over. To me they felt like they had more side grip and were less nervous than the 020.
Not saying the 020 is a bad tyre its just that there are better tyres to be had now.
I got a set of Z6's for £165 ride in ride out at Micheldever tyres.
