Afternoon folks.
Be carefull when ordering bearings by their number, as a fairly recent trick that the Raw fish eaters have come up with, is to fit a bearing with a standard number on it, that isn't a standard bearing! i.e. An R6 rear sprocket carrier bearing is marked 6206, only the centre hole is a different size to a standard 6206, so instead of being 8 or 9 quid the bleeder is around £24!!
Only this week a chap came in to me with the rear suspension arm from one of those Honda silver wings with a knackered bearing in it. It was marked 6204 but had a 2mm larger bore.
Bearing (bad pun) in mind that you'll need to replace the spacers along with the linkage bearings and these are o/e only it's often not woth faffing around to save a couple of quid.
Cheers.
