Hello people

I have a SV650 year 2000, and I have left it in my garage for at least 12 months since i was away from home.

so today i charged the battery, I'm sure the battery is ok.
I also checked all fuses, they are all fine.
now comes the problem, why the starter won't work? silence and no response at all when I press the ignition.????

what possibly went wrong? please advise.
